Refund & Exchange Policy
- All the items is subject to return within 3 days of purchase. To receive full credit, returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Please do not write on or deface actual product packaging. Any components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables, and /or accessories must also be included. If merchandise is returned to our warehouse in non‐resalable condition, we will be unable to issue a credit note and product will be returned to customer.
- A return request can be made through our representative by filling return form.
- Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 3 business days. If the wrong quantity or the wrong item is received the discrepancy needs to be reported within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise. Please call 09777005641 | 09777005643 or email email@example.com and state how the product is damaged so an exchange can be made.
- All the customized order cannot be returned because these orders are personalized.
- To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase and do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.(If applicable).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not consider as eligible products.
Refunds (if applicable)
a) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- b) If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit note will submit to you by our Representative or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
a) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or call to 09777005641 | 09777005643 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to again.
- b) Only regular priced items may by refunded and there is no refund policy for promotion items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
a) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to No.15, Ban Dar Pin Stree, Kyi Myin Dine Township 11101, Yangon, Myanmar.
a) To return your product ,you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- b) Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
