Water Resistant:
- Dyestuff Ink particle is easily soluble in water and will bleed on the paper, uni super ink – pigmented ink will bond itself to the paper fibers once it is settled, it is not soluble in water.
Light Resistant:
- The size of uni super ink particle is larger than dyestuff Ink. Therefore its surface is less affected and the colour remains vivid.
Time Resistant:
- Difference between structure of molecules. Molecules of dye ink break down because of the sunlight and air but uni Super ink is difficult to break down.
Mechanism and materials
- The spring tip prevents ink leakage without impairing the feel when writing.
- Combined with the properties of the new ink, the optimised pen tip assures smooth writing with densely coloured lines.
- The ink is protected by the special tube made of new material.
- Features the JETSTREAM Twin Ball mechanism using a stainless plate to prevent the reverse flow of ink.
Extremely Quick-Drying
JETSTREAM ink easily penetrates paper and rapidly dries. This means less worry about getting ink on your hand if you touch the page after writing, a frequent problem with conventional oil based ink.
Crisp, Dense Lines
The combination of pigment and new colour material provides black density about twice that of conventional ink.
JETSTREAM ink features a low viscosity, highly lubricating solvent not used in conventional ball-point pens. By reducing the coefficient of friction, this assures an incredibly smooth feel when writing.
The high viscosity of conventional oil-based ink (right) results in a comparatively heavy feel when writing. With the newly developed ink (left), you can enjoy an exceptionally light feel.
